All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

For urgent orders, we offer an Express Delivery service. Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day are typically delivered within 1–3 working days via our trusted courier partners.

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery time, delivery schedules are dependent on the courier. Therefore, DoorThreshold.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for delays that are outside of our control.
